We have fans on Facebook and we often need to message them. Posting on your wall is important, but views are dependent on whether fans visit our page or see the update in their timeline.
Here are 2 simple method to leverage your social media channels to build your email list:
- Google Form that you can share regularly and/or pin to your social media channel and update your database accordingly.
- MailChimp: Create an account, integrate it with your main Facebook page, create a new list on MailChimp, all of this in order to Create a Signup Form and Response Email which means you now have have a tab on Facebook that says, for instance with the example of African Innovation Foundation: “Sign up to our newsletter”.
